The cards open a conversation with your own inner knowing. The Energy work carries what that conversation surfaces, flowing where it’s most needed, often beyond what the mind can consciously understand.

The thread doesn’t break between naming and moving - it runs straight through, from words to writing to whatever the body says next.

You don’t need the right words to start. Your body will find them once it’s moving.
