The Held Rooted Path: Sacred Terms of Service

Welcome to The Held Rooted Path. This is a sacred space of healing, remembrance, and becoming. The following terms are offered in the spirit of clarity, sovereignty, and mutual respect.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, product, session, or offering through The Held Rooted Path, you agree to the following Sacred Terms:

1. Nature of Services

All services offered — including Energy healing, shadow work guidance, somatic movement coaching, intuitive readings, workshops, and custom rituals — are sacred tools for personal and spiritual growth. They are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment. Participation is voluntary and guided by your own sovereignty.

2. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with these offerings, you acknowledge that your healing journey is your own. You are responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after sessions. I am here to hold space, witness, and guide — not to heal you.

3. Confidentiality and Safe Space

All personal information shared in sessions is held with the utmost care and confidentiality, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This is a brave and sacred space where your truth will be honored without judgment.

4. No Guarantees

Healing is an unfolding, not a transaction. While every session is offered with full presence and sacred intention, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your soul’s path will unfold in its own right timing.

5. Payment and Booking Policies

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Reschedules require 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may forfeit the session fee, as space has been intentionally held for you.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic preparation involved, all services and digital products are non- refundable. Thank you for understanding the sacred time, energy, and holding that each offering requires.

7. Spiritual and Energetic Ethics

I operate within a sacred code of conduct rooted in respect, sovereignty, consent, and soul integrity. I will never force or impose energy, readings, or healing where it is not wanted. Consent is sacred.

8. Jurisdiction

These Sacred Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Maryland courts.

The Held Rooted Path: Client Waiver and Release of Liability

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, product, session, or offering through The Held Rooted Path and Caitie Biemer (Priestess Willow), you acknowledge and agree to

the following:

1. Nature of Services:

I understand that the services offered by Caitie Biemer/The Held Rooted Path, including but not limited to Energy healing, shadow work guidance, somatic movement coaching, tarot readings, intuitive healing, sacred workshops, and custom rituals, are spiritual and holistic in nature. These services are intended for personal growth, insight, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal services.

2. Scope of Practice:

I understand that Caitie Biemer is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, counselor, or attorney. She does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions, and she does not provide legal or financial advice.

3. Voluntary Participation:

I understand that participation in sessions, services, or use of products is entirely voluntary and at my own discretion. I am responsible for my own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after services.

4. Personal Responsibility:

I acknowledge that deep spiritual and personal growth work, including shadow work and energy healing, may surface challenging emotions, memories, or transformations. I accept full responsibility for my participation and for any personal or emotional responses that may arise during or after services.

5. Release of Liability:

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Caitie Biemer/The Held Rooted Path for any claims of injury, harm, emotional distress, or damages of any kind resulting from my participation in services or use of products. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

6. Confidentiality:

I understand that personal information shared during sessions will be held with respect and confidentiality to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Maryland Jurisdiction:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action arising under or relating to this waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Maryland.

8. Acknowledgment:

By booking or purchasing services or products from The Held Rooted Path, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release.
