I’m Caitie Biemer—also known in my sacred work as Priestess Willow.

I’m a Reiki energy healer, shadow work guide, and somatic movement coach, holding space for those ready to turn their wounds into wisdom and their pain into presence and power. I hold a Level 2 - Reiki Certification - Usui System of Natural Healing and a certification in Sacred Somatics.

I walk with Hekate, Lilith, and Persephone as ancient mirrors and companions on the path—keepers of shadow, sovereignty, and sacred return. Their wisdom lives in my bones, and I weave it into every space I hold.

My own journey through personal and generational trauma, spiritual reclamation, and deep inner transformation has brought me here—to this threshold.

The Held Rooted Path grew from the soil of my own longing — a place where it is safe to soften and brave to bloom.
